Project details:

The idea of renovating the kitchens in 5 existing apartment blocks with a total of 100 flats led to a complete renovation of the electrical installations. All lighting installations were refurbished for 13A fuse protection with RCD protection, power connections were redesigned for 3×400 V. The buildings were completely renovated from the house connections upwards, which also resulted in the replacement of the main and flat distribution boards. The result is refurbished residential units that are state of the art for new buildings. Nine years later, the refurbishment of the bathrooms and toilets was initiated. The sanitary facilities in 100 bathrooms were modernised to meet the needs of the residents. For example, the smaller flats have wet rooms with showers, while the larger flats have spacious bathrooms with bathtubs and second separate WCs at the expense of reduced corridor zones. All wet rooms are served by individual fans with controlled supply and exhaust air.
