Project details:

The two residential buildings, which were constructed as part of the replacement of the parish hall, contain 28 modern, light-flooded flats. The electrical installations support the solutions tailored to the needs of the residents. Intercom systems with cameras and monitors simplify the reception of visitors and at the same time contribute to a reassuring feeling of security. The laundry rooms provided on each upper floor help senior citizens to cope with their everyday needs. Generous space has been provided for the storage of mobility aids and sufficient power sockets have been added for recharging electric assistive devices. Safety lighting and an emergency call system were also installed to cater for the needs of elderly residents in an emergency situation.

The human being in the room is at the centre here in the careful handling of the environment and conditions. The aim is to create a sense of well-being without technical intrusiveness and to make the occupants feel comfortable and to meet their needs in terms of light, media, handling and design without losing any of the functionality and flexibility.
